I have been involved in system development as a field representative and a company executive. As I continue to develop systems, I have been wondering how the human resources who have been called system engineers and programmers will develop their career paths and lead their lives in the future. As an engineer and as a manager, I wonder that this is the right course to take.
I believe that this is due to a disproportionate balance between the desire as an engineer to make better products until we are satisfied with them. And the desire as a company to provide better products at a reasonable price in a speedy manner and to ensure business success.
The desire of engineers and of companies are nothing less than the desire to share a fulfilling time. We believe it is important to build a system that enables companies to do what they take for granted: make profits, invest in them, and make more profits.
I think it will be very difficult to create this system, but we must work hard to overcome this challenge. I also believe that it is an important mission for us to pass on these hardships to the next generation without ending them in our generation.
We will make efforts to share this experience not only with Axross but also with our customers and users, so that we can hand it down to the next generation together. With all people we meet, on a crossroad with a logo that says business is built on people.
