1) Management of private information

2) Purpose of Use

In order to identify job applicants we collect information such as name, sex, birth date, etc.
In order to perform job applicants’ screenings we collect information such as phone number, email address, living address and other contact information.
In case job applicant is hired, we collect identifying information such as applicant’s name, curriculum vitae, qualifications etc. and use it for human resource management purposes.

3) Disclosure to Third-Parties

As a general rule, we will not provide your private information to third parties without obtaining your consent. However, we retain the right to disclose your data without your exclusive agreement if a court, a public prosecutor’s office, police or any other organ with equivalent authority demands disclosure of your private information, in order not to hinder their duties.

5) Right to notice on purpose of use, disclosure, revision, addition, deletion, elimination, and disclosure refusal

Concerning your private information which is subject to disclosure, you have the right to require the following: notice on purpose of use, disclosure, revision, addition, deletion, elimination, in addition to disclosure refusal. If in need to exercise the latter, as shown in “1) Management of private information”, contact “Information Security Manager”. After taking required measures we will immediately relay to you the relevant information.
However when applicable to below described cases a), b), c) we are unable to suspend the use of private information but will immediately inform you of a reason.

  • a) It poses threat to your own or third party person’s life, health, property or can damage their rights and interests.
  • b) Can cause severe hindrance to aforementioned person’s work performance.
  • c) It goes against act of law.

6) Discretion of disclosure

Sharing private information with us is voluntary. However, not sharing private information could result in impediment of relevant business matters.

7) Disposal

If employment is terminated, your private information will be disposed by appropriate measures.
